If you are interested in scheduling an investigation with Show Me Paranormal Team, you may do so by the following methods: Email Show Me Paranormal case manager using the following link for an Investigation Packet ~ Please email Investigation Packet to me Download Investigation Packet ~ Download Investigation Packet in Adobe Pdf format Download Investigation Packet ~ Download Investigation Packet in Word format To download Pdf version, just click on the link provided and the document will load in a pdf browser window. Go to file, then save page (this saves the entire document), and it will give you a save pop up window, designate where you want to save the application (desktop, ect), and then save the document. Open the document in your pdf program and if you capability to edit documents with your program, you should be able to fill in the form areas within that program, if not, print it, fill out and either email or postal mail it back to Show Me Paranormal. Once you have the investigation packet, you will need to fill out all forms and return to Show Me Paranormal. Methods of return can be either to postal mail the forms to the address enclosed in packet, or you can email the forms back with the agreement that in doing such you are providing an electronic signature and will hand sign all forms at the time of the investigation consultation. Show Me Paranormal does not offer online form applications due to the format being vunerable to server and processing malfunctions, as well as the application contains personal information of applicant that we strive to protect in confidentiality. We want to ensure that we recieve your request and application forms in a secure manner, thereby no one is overlooked nor becomes a victim of internet mishaps.
